I love books and have always wished for someone to discuss the ideas within them. Then I found “The Page Turners” group on OVFRIENDS.
It’s a group of readers from four different continents. Each month, the group votes on and reads one book together. At the end of the month, we have a discussion via video call. The same detail can be interpreted differently by each person, shape by their own culture.
Since joining the group, I’ve seen books no longer as static objects. They have become an invitation to a dialogue. Each discussion is like an intellectual journey, where I not only discover the book but also the world.
